Diamonds.

I have plans, expectations, and aspirations, but life takes me to either a complete opposite or slightly-off path. Although life isn't taking you to the path that you've imagined, you often find yourself grateful. I never knew this is what I'd be doing in this situation, but it has stuck to me and I grew into it quite well - strict but loving parents, cool siblings, an extended family, new additions to the family, and the one that puts the whip cream and cherry on top. Yeah. That's her.

 There are rough times, but there are easy going times - the latter far outweighing the first.

 And it just so happens that it takes a quick nightmare to help you realize the diamonds in your life. I see my diamonds.
