Benny Gold

Drove to the city with babes to check out the Benny Gold shop with high hopes but low expectancy of actually meeting Benny Gold.

We came in and checked out the lineup of the new season and the Jansport collab. Bought the dopest keychain. We asked Joe if Benny was in. He was but busy in a meeting so we waited for a bit and as I was checking out the racks, he came out to meet us.

Got my favorite snapback signed by Benny. ^Proof. He not only signed my hat but was cool enough to actually talk to us and give really good advice. One thing I take away from meeting Benny is to keep it going with passion and let it grow organically. He's cool enough to invite me back to talk about brand-making and to accept Ugly Hero samples that I would put out. If there's anyone down to earth - it's Benny.

I'm really thankful for Maureen because had she not only got me to meet Benny, she resparked this passion with support.
