I was on my way from choir practice just now and saw the aftermath of a 5-car collision on 101-S, and another minor crash after that probably due to rubberneckin the scene. Then down Capitol Expwy, 6 cop cars with lights on pull up and surround a laced up lexus with the trunk open, numerous guys cuffed on the curb.
