True Sympathy

During my quick breaks from school and work, I often read up on jasonsgrainofsalt.wordpress.com to see more than just pictures of eye-candy cars. I read through it for insight in order to gain new perspectives in different automotive aspects. It's provided me a good read and look-through everytime I visit. Recently, the writer blogged about a fellow automoitve enthusiast (Mike Burroughs) the deeper meaning behind owning, building, and loving his car - a BMW E28 named "Rusty". After it's frame cracked (from a previous accident and the cycle of stress over years),  the owner towed his beloved car home and took a final video shoot for a tribute.

I'd want to say "I feel you" to the owner, but I honestly can't because I don't. I've never worked on a car with blood and sweat from bottom-up and lose it to such a tragedy.

The BMW E28 is owned by Mike Burroughs of StanceWorks. Original thread is in here->http://www.stanceworks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3996
I (Jason) just quoted the entire thread because it's worth reading. Thanks for reading my blog.
