Change your perception.

You know the Smart Car, right?
For those who don't, It's a super compact car fitted with a 1 liter 3 cylinder engine, producing 70 horsepower. It can do a solid 36 miles per gallon for mixed driving between the city and highway (EPA city/highway: 33/41). With the car weighing 200 lbs shy of a ton, the car is quite nimble and practical for a city commuter. When you see this car, you think "going green". Some Americans might even think it's another sorry attempt to revolutionize commuting.

Think again. [via fatlace.com]
This smart car is fitted with a 1 liter 4 cylinder engine from a Suzuki GSX-R1000 motorcycle that packs 180hp. BTW, check the drift angle from the video...that's harder than drifting a regular car because of the shorter wheelbase.

Here's a nicer look of the car standing still.

Here's another video. Check the way it stops on a dime tho. Crazy.

Makes you want to get one, doesn't it?
