Cowgirl Espresso

I've been to a wide range of coffee shops, with styles all different. Some were chill, some were too busy, some were overpriced, and some were deemed as defaults, but this one's probably got my highest vote that I have yet to visit.

Cowgirl Espresso is a cafe joint that stands on 5 locations in Washington - Everett, Kent, Monroe, Seattle, and Tukwila. This coffee shop is set up as a kiosk, rather than the usual lounge. How this humble coffee kiosk rose to the hype was sort of an accident. Lori Bowden, the founder of Cowgirl Espresso, allowed one of her employees to wear a bikini top to stay cool during a summer day...and as soon as that happened, sales drastically increased. Soon after, she made Bikini Wednesdays a regular. Another location was put up near a military base, which is how Military Mondays became a regular. Now, why stop at two themes? Why not one for every weekday?
Military Monday
Cowgirl Tuesday
Bikini Wednesday
Schoolgirl Thursday
Fantasy Friday
^The ensemble in the Tuesday theme.
The menu includes the regulars (tea, coffee, mocha, cappucino, steamers, etc) hot and cold which do not exceed $5.50. And even at $5.50, you get a 32 oz. drink that can serve more than two, which makes this coffee shop a joint that you can go to regularly.

Here's another one for my road trip list...
